This 4-star hotel comprises two buildings situated in the heart of the old village. Use of the hotel's private thermal pools, sauna and spa is included in the room rate. These are open daily from 07:00 to 19:30.

There is an underground connection between the hotel and the Lindner Alpentherme, the largest centre for medicinal wellness, Alpine wellness, cosmetic and thermal baths in the Wallis Alps. Please note that use of the Alpentherme is not included in the room rate.

The hotel is just a short walk from the cable car station.


Choose between our restaurant "Maison Blanche", our fine-dining restaurant "Fin Bec" and our à la carte restaurant "Sacré Bon". In our bar/lounge with fireplace "Grand Bain", you can enjoy the crackling log fire, live piano music and a delicious cocktail.


We offer 135 guest rooms in 3 different categories, as well as several suites. Most of our rooms offer a view of the magnificent mountain scenery.

Our Classic Rooms are mostly located in the historic main part of the hotel, the "Maison Blanche" (1625).

The Comfort Rooms are spread between the "Maison Blanche" and the "De France" building, and are all south-facing. They are fitted with a bath.

The First Class Rooms are located in the modern part of the hotel, the "Grand Bain", and offer a view of the outdoor pool or of the Lindner Alpentherme.


The largest thermal spa and wellness resort in the Alps offers a wide range of relaxation and leisure activities amidst the fascinating scenery of the Wallis mountains, approximately 1,400 metres above sea level.


Our hotel is located in the heart of the Wallis Alps at an altitude of 1,411 metres. The roads leading to Leukerbad are well maintained and present no problems even in the winter.

From west Switzerland:
Take the motorway towards Martigny-Sion, and from there head towards Susten, before continuing up the valley to Leukerbad

From central and east Switzerland:
Take the motorway towards Kandersteg and then take the motorail as far as Goppenstein-Gampel. From there head towards Sion – Susten – Leuk – Leukerbad

From Italy: Take the motorway via Simplon to Brig, then continue towards Gampel Susten – Leuk – Leukerbad

Nearest City: Sion, 40 km (40 minutes)
(Rail and bus services take you to Leukerbad)

Most of the SBB fast trains between Brig and Sion stop in Leuk-Susten. From Leuk-Susten regular buses depart to Leukerbad (30 minutes)

Cancellation policy:

If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

All children are welcome. All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All children under 12 years are charged CHF 54.00 per night and person for extra beds. All older children or adults are charged CHF 84.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
